Electrical Maintenance Engineer –Shepherds Bush, West London - Up to £48,000 Per annum
An exciting opportunity to work for a leading National FM service provider!
My client is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned & reactive maintenance as part of an engineering team across a commercial estate consisting of several buildings in Shepherds Bush.
The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working with the existing on-site engineering team, the successful candidate will be required to carry out Electrical maintenance duties to the following;
Key duties & Responsibilities

General Lighting
·
Changing Ballasts
·
Emergency Light Tests
·
LED Lighting
·
Small installations
·
Fault-finding
·
Lamping
·
Maintain and update Logbooks
·
Support specialist sub-contractors
Hours of Work & Salary
·
£48,000 per annum
·
Monday to Friday (40 Hour week)
·
07:00 – 16:00 - 10:00 – 19:00
·
25 Days Holiday
· Call out - 1 in 4
