Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to be based at a High-End Residential site in Acton, West London. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for all on-site engineering and required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this luxury residential environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building services. This position would be ideal for a Lead Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression.
In return, the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of Β£50,000 with a potential route into further career progression and management.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- General Lighting
- Changing Ballasts
- Emergency Light Tests
- LED Lighting
- Small installations
- Fault-finding
- Lamping
- HIUs
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Plumbing
- Maintain and update Logbooks
- Arrange specialist sub-contractors
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: Up to Β£50,000
Benefits: 25 Days Holiday, Matched Pension contribution
Requirements:
- Electrical Qualifications Level 2/3 NVQ, City & Guilds or Equivalent
- 18th Edition
- A good understanding of all trades
