Mobile Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider South West & West London - £43,500 + Van, Fuel Card & Annual Bonus
Are you a multi-skilled maintenance engineer who is looking for a new role? Are you a mobile engineer who is looking to avoid driving around Central London? Would you like to finish work at 4:30pm every day?
Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across 8 sites in South West & West London. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and living in the area. In return, the company are offering a salary of £43,500, Van & fuel card, 25 days holiday and an annual performance-related bonus!
Hours of Work & Package Info
- Basic Salary of £43,500.
- Mon-Fri 8.00am to 4.30pm
- Van + Fuel Card provided
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Enrolment in company pension scheme
- up to 5% Annual Bonus Scheme
- Personal use of Vehicle
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing & Unblocking toilets
Requirements
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3.
- 18th Edition
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
