Foot Mobile Engineer London – £45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card

Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance covering 6+ buildings across West & Central London.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this mixed portfolio consisting of commercial offices and High-end residential buildings.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building services. This position would be ideal for an Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and happy to cover multiple sites. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card.

Key duties & Responsibilities

?General Lighting

?Emergency light testing

?Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing

?Changing Ballasts

?Monitor mechanical plant

?Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

?Plumbing

?Monitor the BMS systems

?Maintain and update Log books

?Oversee all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

?Issuing permits to work and carrying out site inductions for contractors

Salary & Package

£45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card

.Monday to Friday- 8am 5pm
