Foot Mobile Engineer Enfield, London - £45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel CardJoselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance covering a large estate and multiple buildings in Enfield & North London.The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this mixed portfolio consisting of commercial offices and High-end residential buildings.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building services. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card.Key duties & ResponsibilitiesGeneral LightingEmergency light testingFire alarm testing and sprinkler testingChanging BallastsMonitor mechanical plantAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)PlumbingMonitor the BMS systemsMaintain and update Log booksOversee all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceIssuing permits to work and carrying out site inductions for contractorsSalary & Package£45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel CardMonday to Friday- 8am 5pm25 Days HolidayMatched Pension ContributionRequirementsElectrical or Mechanical Qualifications Level 2 & 3 NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent18 th EditionTPBN1_UKTJ
