Foot Mobile Engineer Enfield, London - £45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card
Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance covering a large estate and multiple buildings in Enfield & North London.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this mixed portfolio consisting of commercial offices and High-end residential buildings.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building services. This position would be ideal for an Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and happy to cover multiple sites. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- General Lighting
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- Changing Ballasts
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Plumbing
- Monitor the BMS systems
- Maintain and update Log books
- Oversee all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Issuing permits to work and carrying out site inductions for contractors
Salary & Package
- £45,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card
- Monday to Friday- 8am 5pm
- 25 Days Holiday

- Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications Level 2 & 3 NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent
