Joselyn Search is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to work directly for an FM Service Provider based across a portfolio covering 18+ healthcare sites spanning parts of Liverpool & surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of M&E Services across the contract and the day-to-day management of a regional Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing PFI / PPP FM Contracts and will understand how various contract elements work. They should demonstrate experience in the management of payment mechanisms and mitigation against unavailability claims.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £51,000 + Car or Travel allowance, a performance-related bonus, and package.
Reporting into an Operations Manager and working alongside a Technical Services Manager, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:
- Management of all maintenance staff on the contract
- Working with the Technical Services Manager to deliver PPM and reactive tasks to 100% within the relevant KPIs
- Creating and developing relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Developing and executing plans to deliver objectives, KPIs, Continuous Improvement Indicators, and any other indicators as required to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Acting as client liaison on all aspects of contract delivery
- Protecting the business against financial and reputational breaches
- Owner of all ad-hoc and contract reporting for London, to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Manage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issues
- Supporting the Operations Manager in delivering strategic objectives
- Delivering the contractual requirements, its associated schedules, and the Partnering Agreement and be proactive in interpreting contractual issues
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to align supply chain to contractual SLAs, undertake regular supplier review meetings, and manage any commercial risk posed by the supply chain
- Support cost recovery by working with the management teams to ensure robust checks and balances exist to monitor and manage rechargeable works.
Hours of Work & Salary: £51,000 per annum, Car or Travel Allowance, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5:00pm, 25 days holiday, 5% Performance related bonus.
Requirements: Experience operating in the FM sector directly managing multi-site portfolios within a PPP/PFI environment, Strong Engineering Background & relevant Qualifications in an Engineering discipline, NEBOSH / IOSH.
