Pizarro is the flagship restaurant of the award-winning José Pizarro Restaurant Group, located in the heart of Bermondsey and recognised as one of London's leading Spanish restaurants. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our flagship restaurant with passion, precision, and purpose.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, driving financial performance, maintaining exceptional service standards, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2–3 years' experience as a General Manager within a premium, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Experience with POS, reservations and workforce management systems
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
