Right-to-work evidence, references, and any DBS process are handled after invitation — not on the initial application.## Responsibilities* Deliver high-quality personal and practical care in people's homes* Support and mentor less experienced carers during shadowing and early visits* Escalate clinical, safeguarding, or quality concerns promptly* Contribute to continuity by covering key packages and communicating changes clearly* Maintain accurate records and support audit / spot-check readiness## Person specification### Essential* Proven experience in adult social care or healthcare support* Confidence working independently in community settings* Strong communication and calm judgement under pressure* Willingness to complete role-specific training and competency checks### Desirable* NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care* Medication administration competency* Experience mentoring or buddying new starters## What we offer* Structured induction and role-specific training* Supervision and a named contact in the team## Recruitment processSafer recruitment applied fairly.
