Jorvik Gillygate Practice in York is seeking a motivated and capable Practice Nurse to join our established multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, patient-centred care across our three York sites.
We welcome applicants with experience in wound care, immunisations and chronic disease management, with training available where needed; you will work closely with the Lead Nurse, GP team and wider clinical staff to deliver comprehensive nursing services and carry out routine responsibilities
