We are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager at KONJÖ. 3.5 day week | £28k pa base salary.
KONJÖ is our casual street food brand bringing eastern asian flavours to Kelham Island, Sheffield.
In Early 2024 KONJÖ re-located to the original restaurant site of JÖRO in Krynkl. Since then it has gone from strength to strength.
KONJÖ was created by Luke & Stacey to bring a casual concept that would complement JÖRO and offer somewhere tasty we could all eat!
We use ingredients from JÖRO and encourage no waste and sustainable approaches to cooking by using surplus from the restaurant at KONJÖ.
Our food is all about flavour and we take huge Eastern Asian cooking techniques and styles.
Our team work around the sections in the kitchen and FOH- learning and mastering each area.
KONJÖ is progressive , currently venturing into a number of events and music festivals too in 2025/2026.
We catered the Rolling Stones in Hyde Park, Lost Village Festival 2023, 2024, 2025, Lords Cricket Ground Home of Food Festival and plan to continue growth in this area of the business.

- Thursday 5pm – 10pm
- Friday & Saturday 12pm – 11pm
Our team work 3.5 Days, set every week to deliver the above service hours along with admin hours allocated on Wednesdays.

The role is available to start from August 2026.
Overseeing the daily management of the business and any staff members working at KONJÖ to make sure all guests have a positive experience whilst delivering profitable financial results.
- SALES
- Corporate and PDR Events.
- Daily Restaurant Operations to the highest brand standard.
- Ensuring that reservation capacity is maximised at all times.
- Ensuring that on site sales are encouraged, via upgrades, supplements.
- Menus correct and up to date.
- Stock taking and creation of products to enable sales available at all times.
- Ensure all food is prepared as per food hygiene safety preparation requirements.
- Ensure all products are produced on time, and sufficient quantities are available for the various areas/services.
- Maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies.
- Prepare daily item requirements as per the menu.
- Be available for functions/events as they arise to ensure that the food is prepared and served as required.
- RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
- Customer service focused delivery of tasting menu Lunch & Dinner services.
- Managing staffing levels in accordance with the budget.
- Guest Experience Service as above.
- Upholding ambience and vibe in the restaurant during service. As well as during clean downs and opens with the team!
- Keeping all practises efficient and productive at all times.
- Working alongside the team to develop service and food offering.
- Daily Food Hygiene checks and recording | Weekly H&S, Fire checks.
- Weekly meetings with restaurant management.
