LOCATION: Oughtibridge, SHEFFIELD
We are recruiting for a full time Front of House position at JÖRO – an exciting opportunity to join the team during a period of continued growth and development. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service within a high-level restaurant environment. The role offers the opportunity to work across our Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace during the Spring & Summer months.
Candidates should have previous experience working within quality-led restaurants and a genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality. The role consists of both floor and bar work, working closely alongside an ambitious and dedicated team.
JÖRO was created by Luke & Stacey back in 2016 and has gone from strength to strength. The restaurant is critically acclaimed and recognised across all major food guides, most recently awarded One MICHELIN Star, featured within UK Top 100 Restaurant lists, as well as receiving European recognition through the OAD lists. Our team are incredibly passionate about what they do and continuously strive to improve and develop both personally and professionally.
Sustainability and low-waste practices sit at the core of our ethos, alongside a food philosophy heavily inspired by East Asian techniques and Nordic influences. Our team work across different sections of the restaurant, developing and mastering each area to encourage both personal growth and strong teamwork.
Our working week runs Wednesday – Sunday, with shifts across lunch, dinner and evening services. Full weekend availability is essential.
