JORECRUITMENT is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary and secondary school settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils’ learning and engagement in the classroom
- Work under the direction of the class teacher
- Support behaviour management and classroom routines
- Assist with inclusion and SEN support (where applicable)
- Promote safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and lesson plans
- Understanding of safeguarding in an educational setting
- Flexible, reliable, and committed approach
Desirable
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, or Cover Supervisor
- SEN training or experience (for SEN roles)
