JORECRUITMENT is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary and secondary school settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils' learning and engagement in the classroom
  • Work under the direction of the class teacher
  • Support behaviour management and classroom routines
  • Assist with inclusion and SEN support (where applicable)
  • Promote safeguarding and pupil welfare at all times

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and lesson plans
  • Understanding of safeguarding in an educational setting
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed approach

Desirable

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, or Cover Supervisor
  • SEN training or experience (for SEN roles)
