We are growing our team and are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support candidate sourcing, compliance, and placement delivery.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and supporting candidates across education and care settings. You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for Education, Health & Social Care roles
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining CRM systems
- Conducting initial candidate interviews and registration calls
- Supporting compliance checks (DBS, references, right to work)
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Supporting consultants with live vacancies and urgent placements
- Ensuring high-quality candidate experience throughout
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or resourcing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail (especially compliance documentation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Confident telephone manner and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and time management
Salary & Benefits
- £26,000 per annum basic salary
