Harris Garrard Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join our team from April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner to make a real impact within a supportive and ambitious school community.

About the Role

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
  • Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
  • Is committed to raising standards and ensuring pupil progress
  • Is reflective, proactive and a strong team player
