The Role
- Recruit teachers and Classroom support staff across London schools
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, placement
- Build and develop school client relationships
- Work to achievable monthly billing targets
Salary & Commission
- £26,000 basic salary
- £10,000 monthly billing threshold
- Uncapped commission structure:
- £10k–£14,999: 10%
- £15k–£19,999: 15%
- £20k: 20%
