Administration Assistant in Private Client

The Administration Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Private Client team, ensuring the efficient management of client documentation, office administration, reception support and day-to-day operational activities.
The role is central to delivering an excellent client experience while maintaining the firm's high standards of quality, compliance and professionalism.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, approachable, and enjoys working as part of a team, while delivering excellent service to both colleagues and clients.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy office environment.

Staff Case Study - Lisa Mc Girr
Lisa started her career at Jordans Solicitors in February of 2008 where she started her Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law (ILEX course) and became a fully qualified Paralegal.
Over the last 5 years, Lisa has continued her professional development, completing her Wills and Inheritance Quality Course and an addition ACAS course in Managing People.
Lisa has also trained as a Dementia Friend, in order to further assist her clients.
In January 2024, Jordans were delighted to promote Lisa to the role of Deputy Head of our Wills and Probate department and in 2025 Lisa achieved her CILEx Probate Practitioner qualification!
