Overview Of Role
Location: Poole
We are on the lookout for a Production Operative to join our friendly team at Jordan’s Dorset Ryvita. As part of the ABF group, we have ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us get there.
The core focus of this role is to work with the process or packing line leader to ensure the shift operates to documented procedures that ensure the production of consistently safe and legal product with the desired quality characteristics, in full compliance with the HACCP food safety plan.
Shift Pattern –
Week 1 – 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 1pm Friday
Week 2 – 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm to 8pm Friday
Key Accountabilities
Our Shift Manager is looking for a team member to...
- Responsible for adhering to safe systems of work processes and acting in a safe manner to protect the health and safety of yourself and others at all times.
- Work as an effective team member, with a positive attitude to solving problems
- Conduct production tasks including stacking, assist with machinery size changes and clean downs, assist general running of machinery, manual packing, process line product inspection, decant product onto process line, picking, blending and pallet wrapping.
