Overview Of Role
It is an exciting time for the business. We have implemented an ambitious growth strategy named ‘Route 300’ which will double the Sales within the next 5 to 10 years. Growth will be achieved by growing the core business, entering new markets, an exciting pipeline of new product development, and bringing the Brands to new categories.
The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work as part of a team, handling and preparing raw materials to manufacture our fantastic products, whilst improving wastage and line efficiency.

Our Shift Leader is looking for a team member to…
- Ensure all quality documentation and hygiene processes are completed and followed, whilst always seeking ways in which we can improve our ways of working.
- Be aware of Safe Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of Working
- Operate machinery and equipment and ensure you provide a safe working environment for yourself and others.
