Multi-Skilled Operative – Poole role at Jordans Dorset Ryvita

We are on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Ryvita team in Poole. This is a permanent and full-time position based, working on average 39 hours per week, Monday – Friday (including paid breaks).

We operate a 3 week shift rotation. The starting salary for this role is £12.72 per hour, increasing with training levels up to £13.93 per hour.

Key Accountabilities

• Operate machinery to agreed parameters
• Work to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures
• Demonstrate personal accountability within the site and ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met
• Follow all Quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety (HACCP), legal and customer requirements as well as maintaining external standards e.g. BRC, IFS, Femas
• Ensure that all downtime, weight and quality checks, waste and production data is recorded consistently and accurately
• Immediately respond to incidents of production downtime and liaise with the technicians for technical faults
