Overview Of Role
Location: Poole
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Ryvita team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in running production lines and manufacturing our products.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 39 hours per week, Monday – Friday (including paid breaks). The role includes a signing bonus of up to £500 following successful completion of a 6-month probation.
We operate a 3-week shift rotation, with shifts as follows:
- Week 1 – 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2 – 14:00 – 22:00
- Week 3 – 22:00 – 06:00
The starting salary is £12.72 per hour, increasing with training levels up to £13.93 per hour.
Key Accountabilities
- Operate machinery within agreed parameters
- Follow Bakery Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental requirements are met
- Adhere to quality systems and procedures to ensure food safety and meet standards such as BRC, IFS, Femas
- Record downtime, weight, quality checks, waste, and production data accurately
- Respond promptly to production downtime and liaise with technicians for faults
