Salary: £32,262 – £44,023 per annum
Closing date: Friday 15th August 2025
Hours: Rotational shifts (2 weeks of days and 1 week of nights) or night shift (4 nights per week). Full-time/Time Perm contracts as listed.
Responsibilities
- Able to operate plant equipment or processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Produce quality products in line with the Company’s standards and procedures, from raw ingredients through to packaging in the manufacturing process, while maintaining a safe, clean and fully operational environment.
- Demonstrate adherence to manufacturing site standards and personal responsibilities.
- Be flexible with mobility of labour and interchangeable skills as required for the role.
Qualifications
- Essential: Health and Food Safety awareness; English and numerical skills at an appropriate level.
- Experience in a leadership role (e.g., Team Leader) and strong organisational skills.
- Basic Food Hygiene, Pest Awareness and HACCP qualifications or willingness to obtain.
- Rotation shift capability, including nights and weekends.
Advantageous
- Understanding of baking process.
- Current Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Understanding and application of key elements of Good Manufacturing Practice.
