Job Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a 1st Line Service Delivery Analyst, located in Poole with some work from home flexibility. The 1st Line Service Delivery Analyst will be responsible for providing IT service delivery support, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring IT systems, performing routine maintenance, assisting with system updates, and collaborating with other IT team members to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
