Shift Pattern: Night shift 4-on-4-off, 6pm-6am
Closing date: 11th November 2025
We’re looking for a Process Operative to join our friendly and ambitious team. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work as part of a team responsible for the blending and baking of raw materials, to safety and quality standards. The Process Operative working pattern would require full flexibility across the week as it is worked on a 4 on 4 off rotation.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead boldly — Proactively engage in training, seek training and support to develop and improve skills level.
- Stay curious — Ensure all quality, quality documentation and hygiene procedures are followed, and identify potential improvement areas.
- Do the right thing together — Ensure all Health & Safety documentation and policies are followed and completed and use the systems in place to accurately control and coordinate raw materials, packaging, consumables and finished goods.
- Make it happen — Control OEE, wastage and plant efficiency and maintain excellent standards of product quality by consistently checking all raw materials and finished product are to the required standards while keeping waste to a minimum.

Skills and Experiences
- Previous experience of working within a food production environment.
- Team working skills and examples of good relationships with peers and managers.
- Understand the importance of effective shift handovers.
- Holding an FLT license or being interested in taking one would be preferable.
