Jordan’s Cereals is a team focused on building a workplace where people thrive. The Packing Operative role is part of the ABF group and involves managing the set up and operation of end‑of‑line packing machinery. The position works on a 4 on 4 rotation with night shift hours (6 pm to 6 am).
Key Accountabilities
- Lead boldly – Collate, record or interpret information for effective role delivery and continuous improvement.
- Stay curious – Proactively engage in training and seek support to improve skills.
- Do the right thing together – Be aware of Safe Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of Working, ensuring safety for self and others and maintain excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Make it happen – Assist with the handling and packing of product by operating specified machinery and maintain excellent standards of product and packaging quality.
