Overview Of Role
We are looking for a commercially driven leader to take full ownership of the Belgian market. In this strategic role, you will act as the voice of Belgium within the business, using insight, relationships and clear commercial direction to drive ambitious growth in volume, distribution and profitability. You will build strong customer partnerships, lead market strategies, and deliver results with full P&L accountability.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the Belgian commercial strategy to grow sales, distribution and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with key grocery retailers; lead compelling customer meetings and joint business plans.
- Own the market P&L, ensuring delivery of financial targets.
- Shape pricing, promotions and inâstore activation with crossâfunctional teams.
- Use market and category insight to build clear, dataâled growth plans.
- Optimise promotional investment and track performance against customer targets.
- Ensure bestâinâclass execution across promotions, NPD launches and distribution expansion.
- Manage thirdâparty field sales partners to drive store visibility and results.
- Deliver accurate demand forecasts and provide clear business updates.
The Right Person
- A proactive, curious and ownershipâdriven approach.
- Strong commercial experience, including P&L accountability.
- Excellent relationshipâbuilding and influencing skills.
- Experience working with grocery retailers (Belgian market experience ideal).
- At least 3 years in a commercial/sales role with strong progression.
