Our Jordans and Dorset Cereals brands are thriving in high-growth categories, and as we continue to accelerate our UK growth strategy, we’re looking for a commercially driven UK National Account Manager to join our Grocery Sales team.
Key Accountabilities
- Full P&L ownership for key UK retail accounts, delivering profitable growth
- Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships to deliver mutually beneficial plans
- Lead account planning and execution, including promotions, NPD and distribution opportunities
- Deliver best-in‑class internal fundamentals: forecasting, P&L management and post‑promotional analysis
- Manage day‑to‑day account activity including JBP tracking, forecasting, invoicing and scorecards
- Lead annual JBP negotiations and CPI processes (where applicable)
- Optimise promotions using evaluation tools to maximise ROI on trade spend
- Act as the “voice of a customer” internally, ensuring insights and opportunities are shared with stakeholders
- Develop strong cross‑functional relationships (trading, merchandising, supply chain, stores)
- Understand category performance, competitor activity and identify growth opportunities

What You’ll Bring
- Previous Account Management experience (preferably in FMCG but not essential)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good commercial understanding, and ability to manage a P&L and trade investment
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Team‑oriented, energetic and resilient approach
