- Make proactive telephone calls and send targeted emails to prospective customers and referral partners.
- Promote the organisations' services, vacancies and capabilities to existing and prospective customers.
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the Directors.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new geographical areas or develop new services.
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales and placement targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with existing customers and commissioners.
- Maintain regular communication with key contacts and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and concerns.
- Address complaints or service concerns, working with operational managers and Directors to ensure matters are resolved appropriately.
- Follow up with customers following placements to support satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and increase referrals.
- Commercial Support
- As a member of a growing organisation, the postholder will be expected to adopt a flexible and commercially focused approach.
- Supporting the Directors with other commercial and business development activities.
- Assisting with market research and competitor analysis.
- Supporting tenders, frameworks and other business opportunities where required.
- Helping prepare presentations, proposals and promotional materials.
