As part of the growth of JRC Recruitment, we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join us on a commission-only basis, ideal for someone confident in their ability to connect with a multitude of organisations and individuals and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
The Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development and client relationship management
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing vacancies from brief through to placement
- Negotiating fees, offers, and terms
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Delivering a high-quality, ethical recruitment service
