Your new client is a global manufacturing firm with a UK presence in Worcestershire looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis to lead the support of Dynamics 365 following a recent migration.
Responsibilities:
- Work primarily with the production & warehousing business units to ensure they are utilising Dynamics 365 correctly, answer queries and deliver training to staff.
- Provide support for other areas of the business including Finance, Customer Service, Purchasing & Quality.
Requirements:
- Strong exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a support capacity.
- Good SQL Server knowledge.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across various business units.
