Café Supervisor. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Café Supervisor to help lead our team and oversee the daily running of our busy specialty café. You’ll be hands‑on during service, setting a positive example for the team and helping make sure every customer has a great experience..
What you’ll do
- Supervise the front‑of‑house team during shifts and help organise daily tasks.
- Welcome customers and maintain a friendly, attentive standard of service.
- Support the team during busy breakfast and lunch periods.
- Help train and guide new and existing team members.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling and stock checks.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and management team.
- Help resolve customer queries and keep service running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant or other hospitality role.
- Supervisory or team‑leading experience.
- A confident, organised and hands‑on approach.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to stay calm during busy periods.
- An interest in specialty coffee is an advantage.
