About Switch-ON Performance

Switch-ON Performance is a premium founder performance coaching business based in London. We work with founders, business owners and executives who are operating below their biological ceiling — helping them rebuild their energy, cognitive performance, and presence through a diagnostic-first methodology that reads the biology before prescribing anything.

We are growing fast. New digital products are in development. Our content and client acquisition systems are scaling. And we need the right person to help manage the operational side so our founder — Jools Newsome — can stay focused on what he does best: coaching, building, and serving clients at the highest level.

The Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing premium coaching business. This is not a task-execution role. We are looking for someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, and operates with the precision and discretion that a premium brand demands. Part-time to start — 10 to 15 hours per week — with genuine opportunity to grow into a more senior, full-time role as the business scales over the next 12 months.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and scheduling content across LinkedIn and Instagram — ensuring posts go out on time, consistently, and in line with the brand voice and tone.
  • Supporting the development and management of digital products — coordinating deliverables, organising assets, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as new products launch.
  • Managing inbox triage and communications — filtering enquiries, responding to standard messages with approved templates, and flagging priority items.
  • Maintaining the prospect pipeline log — tracking conversations, follow-up dates, and outreach sequences so no warm lead goes cold.
  • Organising and filing brand assets, documents, and content across Google Drive and our project management tools.
  • Researching events, publications, speaking opportunities, and partnership prospects relevant to the founder's performance and executive health space.
  • Supporting general operational and admin tasks as the business grows — with genuine scope to take on more responsibility over time.

What We Are Looking For

  • Exceptional written English — your communication will represent a premium brand to a discerning audience of executives and founders.
  • Comfortable with digital tools — LinkedIn, Canva, Google Workspace, and ideally some experience with CRM or project management platforms such as Notion, Trello, or equivalent.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without being micromanaged.
  • Discretion and professionalism — you will have access to sensitive client and business information and are expected to handle it with complete integrity.
  • A genuine interest in health, performance, entrepreneurship, or the executive wellbeing space is a strong advantage — you will absorb this world quickly, and your enthusiasm will show in the work.
  • Available and responsive during UK business hours — 9 am to 6 pm GMT. Remote candidates welcome from the UK, South Africa, or European timezones (GMT to GMT+3). Please confirm your timezone and availability in your cover note.

Why This Role

You will be working directly with the founder of a brand that is doing something genuinely different in a crowded space — combining functional medicine diagnostics, neuroscience, and founder-specific performance coaching in a way that no one else in the market is doing. If you are looking for a role where your contribution makes a real and visible difference — where doing excellent work is noticed, valued, and rewarded — this is it. We are building something significant over the next 12 months. The right person grows with us.

How To Apply

Apply via LinkedIn using the Easy Apply button. In your cover note, please tell us two things in no more than three or four sentences: what specifically about Switch-ON Performance caught your attention, and what one skill or strength you would bring that would make an immediate difference to this role. Applications without a personalised cover note will not be reviewed. We read everyone.
