Are you an experienced electrician with a passion for safety and quality? We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Compliance Testing team at Paradigm Housing Group. This is your opportunity to help maintain the highest standards of electrical safety and compliance across our properties, ensuring our residents live in safe and well-maintained homes. As a key member of our Compliance Electrical Team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring 100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties. Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties. ~ We encourage you to apply if you have a background in electrical work and are committed to safety and excellence. Extensive experience in domestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires. ~ City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent), and 17th or 18th Edition qualification. ~ A strong understanding of relevant legislation, including construction, building regulations, and health and safety. ~ A full, valid driving licence. A fully equipped hybrid van, with insurance renewals and servicing managed by us, plus a fuel card for easy travel. ~ A mobile phone, work clothing, and personal protective equipment (PPE). ~ Scheduling of jobs within your local area wherever possible. ~ Opportunities to represent Paradigm with pride, providing top-quality service in our community.
