Electrical Supervisor – Fareham Location: Fareham, Hampshire Salary: Up to £52,000 DOE Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card | 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Company Mobile Phone We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join an established team working across commercial and industrial electrical installation projects. This is a hands-on site-based position, ideal for an experienced electrician who has progressed into supervision but still enjoys being involved with the installation work. The successful candidate will need strong commercial/industrial installation experience rather than a maintenance or domestic background. Key Duties * Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams across commercial and industrial projects. * Remain hands-on with electrical installation and provide technical support to the site team. * Ensure works are completed safely, to specification and in line with project programmes. * Coordinate labour, materials and daily site activities. * Liaise with project management, clients and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery. Essential Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. * AM2 and completed recognised electrical apprenticeship. * ECS Graded Card – Approved Grade preferred. * Level 3 Test & Inspection qualification. * Proven commercial/industrial electrical installation experience; maintenance and domestic-only backgrounds will not be suitable. Package * Up to £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. * Company van and fuel card. * 21 days holiday + bank holidays. * Door-to-door travel paid. * Must be willing to travel and work away when required. * Security clearance required. if you are interested in this role please contact Tommy at M&E Giants
