This is a Production Operational leadership role - not a lab technician role. You will lead a production team responsible for critical processes that directly impact service quality and patient safety. The environment is regulated, fast-paced and standards-driven.

What you will be doing:
- Leading a shift-based production team day-to-day
- Driving performance, quality and continuous improvement
- Managing staffing, rotas and operational pressures
- Ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards
- Improving processes and raising service levels
We are looking for a Production Operations Manager who:
- Has strong team leadership / people management experience
- Has managed operations in a regulated or process-driven environment
- Stays calm under pressure
- Can balance compliance, performance and people
- Is organised, structured and solutions-focused
- Is willing to learn the technical aspects quickly
