Salary: £33,600 - £34,800 + additional £3,250 - £6,500 per year for sleep‑ins
Hours: Full‑time, long day shifts with occasional sleep‑ins

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Residential Children's Home as a Senior or Deputy
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
- Experience managing budgets and rotas
- Full UK driving license
