Joneshouse is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead the commissioning and grand opening of our brand-new, 15-bed residential service specialising in Mental Health (MH) needs. This role offers a unique opportunity for a 'mobilisation expert' to build a service from the ground up.
You will be the driving force behind the registration process, staff recruitment, and the initial intake of residents, ensuring that the home opens with a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' trajectory.
Main Purpose of the Job
- To lead the opening and ongoing management of the service through:
- Home Commissioning: Guiding the client through the final stages of the build, CQC registration, and service setup.
- Recruitment: Ensuring the new physical environment is safe and compliant with Health.
