Salary - £36,000 - Dependent on experience

At Joneshouse Recruitment we are excited to be working with one of the outstanding and well managed Private Day Nurseries based in East London. We are looking for a Deputy Manager or Third in Charge currently seeking new opportunities. We are a small nursery based in South West London, and are looking for someone confident in taking on a leadership role while also being happy to work as a room leader due to the size of the setting. This position would be well-suited to someone currently working as a Third in Charge at a larger nursery, or someone ready to take the next step up in their career.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have level 3 qualification and experience of working with children
  • Have a good understanding of the current EYFS
  • Previous experience of Ofsted inspections would be an advantage
  • Be passionate and have empathy for working with children
  • Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS and the ability to apply those skills within the setting
  • Have a minimum of 12 months experience of working within a Childcare setting
