Location: Horndean, Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office (Candidates must be within a commutable distance of Horndean).

Earnings: Uncapped Commission Only (Highest splits in the industry in your favour)

The Opportunity:

Are you a billing machine trapped in an agency structure that takes 70–80% of the money you bring in? Do you want the freedom of running your own desk and working your own hours, but without the stress, costs, and legal headaches of setting up a limited company from scratch? At Joneshouse Recruitment, we are looking for experienced, self-sufficient recruiters who want to go solo—completely on their own terms.

While our model offers incredible autonomy, we also value collaboration. We are based out of Horndean and look for our team to spend 2 days a week in the office, so you will need to be within a comfortable commuting distance to join us face-to-face.

Here is the twist: This is NOT a sales or business development job - Though you can...

We have existing, high-volume client relationships and exclusive tiers with major national groups (including household names in the care and education sectors). We have the jobs ready to be filled; we just need elite delivery recruiters to manage the talent pipelining and candidate journey.

What’s In It For You?

  • Keep What You Earn: Enjoy industry-leading commission splits heavily weighted in your favour. You keep the lion's share of every single placement fee you clear.
  • Zero Sales / Cold Calling: Skip the soul-destroying BD. We provide the warm, active roles and established client relationships. You focus entirely on what you do best: sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent.
  • The Best of Both Worlds: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home alongside 2 collaborative days a week in our Horndean office. No micro-management, no pointless team meetings—just a professional space to collaborate when needed.
  • Full Infrastructure Backing: You get the freedom of being self-employed but with the safety net of an established brand. We handle the invoicing, client contracts, compliance checks, and back-office admin.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of solid 360 or 180 recruitment experience (experience in compliance-heavy sectors like Care, Social Work, or Education is a massive bonus, but all sectors are welcome).
  • A proven track record of consistent billing and filling roles independently.
  • The proximity to comfortably commute to our Horndean office 2 days a week, combined with the self-discipline to manage your own workload effectively from home.
  • An absolute obsession with candidate experience and high compliance standards.

If you are ready to stop lining someone else’s pockets and want to build a recruitment business around your life rather than building your life around your job, let’s have a confidential chat. Apply today or drop us a direct message to discuss how the split structure works.
