Scope of the Post: The Deputy Residential Manager is required to support the Registered Manager in providing effective clinical leadership, governance, and management. You will play a vital role in securing, sustaining, and promoting the reputation and daily operation of the home, acting as the lead in the Registered Manager’s absence. You will assist in the delivery of high-quality holistic care, ensuring the environment remains conducive to individual needs and practice development within the legislative framework of quality assurance. By adopting a person-centred approach, you will mentor the team to give each young person the strongest voice regarding their lifestyle choices and decisions.
