Job Role:Deputy Manager
Pay:Up to £29,120 per year
Location:Your primary place of work will be at our Leicester Childrens Home. From time to time, travel to Head Office or other childrens homes may be required and is expected as part of your senior role within the organisation
Hours of Employment:Full time 40 hours per week, including shift work and admin tasks, plus on call duties as required to meet the needs of the home.

Job Summary:
Are you Senior Residential Care Worker who is thinking about taking a role with more responsibility? Or are you already an experienced Residential Care Worker who is looking to progress their career further? We are currently looking for a dedicated and child-centred Deputy Manager for our beautiful home in Leicester. You will work closely with the appointed Registered Manager, to train and develop the staff team and prepare the home for the OFSTED registration visit.
You will be fully supported throughout by the Registered Manager, as well as having support from the Responsible Individual and an experienced Registered Manager.
If you do not hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, then we will enrol you onto the qualification as soon as you commence your employment with us
