We are a modern, forward-thinking law firm with ambitious growth plans. We are now looking for a confident, professional and highly organised Receptionist to join our Glasgow office. This is not simply a front desk role — it is a key position within the business. Alongside managing reception duties, you will also support our legal teams with essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

  • Maintaining a polished, organised and client-ready reception area
  • Monitoring and responding to shared inboxes
  • Handling payments securely online and over the phone
  • Supporting legal teams with administrative duties, including setting up new matters, opening files, and ensuring accurate data entry within case management systems
  • Assisting with document handling, scanning, and general administrative support as required
  • Liaising closely with legal and operational teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Upholding confidentiality and adhering to all firm policies and procedures

At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate front-of-house or reception role

Good IT skills, including MS Office and telephone systems

Experience within a law firm or professional services environment

Experience using CRM or case management systems
