Role: Solicitor – Road, Pedestrian & Cycling Injury Team
- Handling a litigated caseload;
- Ensuring cases are progressed quickly and efficiently ;
- Assessing prospects of a case
- Working with our valued clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice
- Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
- Communicating clearly and consistently with insurers, solicitors, fee-earners, and clients
- Carrying out investigations into liability and quantum
- Keeping case management system up to date
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Able to work autonomously but also within a team
- Annual Company Day Out and Quarterly team nights/days out
