Glasgow Full-Time 36000 - 60000 £ / year (est.) No home office possible

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Acting on behalf of clients in the resolution of contentious issues, including conducting hearings in the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.
To provide advocacy in tribunals, arbitration and mediation
Taking statements, attending consultations, drafting pleadings, instructing expert witnesses, preparing cases for proofs/debates
Actively participating in business development opportunities
Working collaboratively and flexibly with other team members
Working closely with experts and ensuring counsel are instructed accordingly where required
Supporting the partners to continuously drive forward business opportunities
An ability to liaise effectively with peers and clients at various levels of seniority
Annual Company Day Out and Quarterly team nights/days out
