Role: Clinical Negligence Solicitor , 2 -5 years PQE
- 2 -5 years PQE
- Experienced in handling and progressing litigated cases in the Sheriff Court and ASSPIC and/or Court of Session
- Experienced in progressing pre-litigated cases
- Good knowledge of Court practice and procedures
- Knowledgeable in personal injury law and able to interpret legislation and case law
- A strong communicator with good organisational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic with good client handling skills
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- A good time manager and able to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritise
- A hardworking team player with a positive outlook
- Commercially aware and focused on meeting key performance indicators and targets
