Role: Clinical Negligence Solicitor , 2 -5 years PQE

  • 2 -5 years PQE
  • Experienced in handling and progressing litigated cases in the Sheriff Court and ASSPIC and/or Court of Session
  • Experienced in progressing pre-litigated cases
  • Good knowledge of Court practice and procedures
  • Knowledgeable in personal injury law and able to interpret legislation and case law
  • A strong communicator with good organisational skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic with good client handling skills
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • A good time manager and able to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritise
  • A hardworking team player with a positive outlook
  • Commercially aware and focused on meeting key performance indicators and targets
