Responsibilities
- Handling claims from start to finish
- Ensuring cases are progressed quickly and efficiently
- Assessing prospects of a case
- Working with our valued clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice
- Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
- Communicating clearly and consistently with insurers, solicitors, fee-earners, and clients; always providing a professional and efficient service
- Taking and drafting statements
- Carrying out investigations into liability and quantum
- Instructing and analysing medical evidence
- Calculating loss of earnings and assessing credit hire claims
- Working with our case management system to update and maintain on a daily basis
