As we expand, we’re looking for a talented individual to play a pivotal role in our Personal Injury department’s success. This is your chance to shine, contribute your expertise, and grow alongside a company that’s invested in your development.

Responsibilities

  • Handling claims from start to finish
  • Ensuring cases are progressed quickly and efficiently
  • Assessing prospects of a case
  • Working with our valued clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice
  • Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
  • Communicating clearly and consistently with insurers, solicitors, fee-earners, and clients; always providing a professional and efficient service
  • Taking and drafting statements
  • Carrying out investigations into liability and quantum
  • Instructing and analysing medical evidence
  • Calculating loss of earnings and assessing credit hire claims
  • Working with our case management system to update and maintain on a daily basis
