Overview

Contract: Full-time; Fixed term (12 months)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners within the Private Client team
  • Preparing, amending and processing legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing files, including opening, closing, and maintaining records
  • Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handling telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Assisting fee earners with Cashroom requests
  • General administrative tasks as required
