Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team at Jones & Sons in London. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and cocktail bar, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Site Manager will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high-quality service.
Manage staff schedules and training to maintain efficient service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar managers to maintain menu quality and consistency.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Planning and overseeing events for our function room.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a hands on attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service (preferred).
Familiarity with restaurant management software. Open Table experience is a must.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
