Salary range: (£29,848-£32,578) plus £5,000 to £10,000 (uncapped bonuses).
A vacancy has occurred in this well established and very successful firm of independent wealth advisers and niche discretionary fund managers. We are looking for someone who has experience of a regulated IFA/restricted adviser environment and wants to take the next step to a client facing Adviser role.
Our Client is focused on holistic financial planning with Financial Planning Reports and integrated client Financial Planning Reviews throughout the year. The candidate will be very professional, enthusiastic, client focused with great integrity and able to simplify solutions for clients and so keeping them interested.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid working style with also the use of our offices for client meetings. At the core is relationship building with clients and integrating into the Inspire strategies, values and Investment Committees to help clients achieve their goals and lifestyle.
Regular leads/appointments will be provided to help in achieving a targeted minimum 10% growth per annum of the business and therefore 10% growth in remuneration each year.
As part of your initial fast tracking and ongoing development within the company, the successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director developing the skills required to become a successful Wealth Adviser.
Responsibilities:- Maintaining and growing a client bank.
- Further development and training to become a Wealth Adviser.
- Working towards Level 4 Diploma with ideally 3xRO exams passed.
- FCA regulated environment experience.
- The ability to grow a client bank.
